Congressman Keith Self Condemns President Biden’s Response to the Murder of Six Hostages in Gaza by Hamas Terrorists

Congressman Keith Self, joined by Congressman Rich McCormick, sent a letter to President Biden condemning his response to the murder of hostages by Hamas terrorists.

Following the massacre of six Israelis including American dual citizen Hersh Goldberg- Polin, President Biden was asked if Israel is doing enough to free the hostages, to which he replied, “no.” In doing so, President Biden signaled to Hamas that by killing hostages, they may put more pressure on Israel to reach a one-sided ceasefire deal.

“We must never forget who Israel is dealing with – a barbaric group of savages who murdered, raped, mutilated, burned, and kidnapped thousands of innocent Israelis, including 43 Americans,” said Congressman Self. “The President should be ashamed for blaming Israel for the actions of terrorist thugs. I demand that he uphold his duty as President to support our ally without conditions or undue pressure.”
