For individuals seeking assistance with US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), please note and understand the following:
USCIS has clear guidelines for processing applications and the criteria that must be met by an applicant for consideration to expedite. All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and it is the burden of the applicant or petitioner to demonstrate that one or more of the expedite criteria have been met. If you wish to request expeditious processing, please provide supporting documentation regarding the basis for the expedite request. My team can request an expedite if applicable documentation is submitted.
Please note that a single letter from the applicant, without additional supporting documentation, does not generally meet the criteria for expedited processing. Please also note that standard cost of living expenses, such as bills, are generally incurred by all individuals, and do not solely demonstrate that the expedite criteria have been met."
If you are outside normal processing times and have not heard back from the agency, we are able to request information on your application. To view current USCIS Processing Times, click HERE.
Please keep in mind that USCIS has reported their processing times have been further delayed than usual. USCIS must fully research each case individually so that every petitioner and applicant may receive full and fair consideration consistent with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
