Congressman Keith Self Votes No on Continuing Resolution

Today Congressman Keith Self voted against yet another Continuing Resolution along with another 105 House Republicans. This legislation does not contain any border security provisions, it extends the blowout Pelosi- Biden spending levels and is unacceptable to constituents in Texas.

“Unless we take a stand to secure our border, America’s sovereignty will remain in jeopardy. The Biden administration has facilitated the worst border crisis in history, with over eight-million illegal crossings on his watch, including 1.7 million known gotaways,” said Congressman Keith Self. “Biden’s lawlessness border policy is putting our nation in harm’s way. This Continuing Resolution does absolutely nothing to secure our border or change the trajectory of out-of-control spending.”
