Following the massacre of six Israelis including American dual citizen Hersh Goldberg- Polin, President Biden was asked if Israel is doing enough to free the hostages, to which he replied, “no.” In doing so, President Biden signaled to Hamas that by killing hostages, they may put more pressure on Israel to reach a one-sided ceasefire deal.

In written testimony provided to the Subcommittee, the VA stated it would not comply with the Veterans 2nd Amendment Restoration Act should it become law.
